Material Transfer for Manufacture - Handling Unit change

I created a Material Transfer for Manufacture transaction for Item Code GEM CASTING PART-A with Source Warehouse RAW MATERIAL - GEM and WORK IN PROCESS - GEM for Target. Original Handling Unit was 3895701387708680239. When I transferred it it assigned a new handling unit 16261875619878552652.

When I got to print the new handling unit in the Material Transfer Print - it shows the original 3895701387708680239, and not the new 16261875619878552652. Also, the reference in the Material Transfer shows the 3895701387708680239, should it reflect the new one created?
