[mobile] Add test for demand hooks on Material Request

Let's use a condition of purpose "Customer Provided" and use a story where they are providing their own pie box. This should not be part of the base configuration but instead mock and modify hooks as a fixture.

Documenting the API and use of this feature and its existing defaults is in scope.
