Config updating

Hello again!

Not so much a issue as a suggestion (?) this time. I was getting around to testing the new stream recording updates and was having tons of problems. The UI and the CLI claimed that recording was happening but nothing ever got saved. Ffmpeg would also start and then stop, creating and deleting the lock file. I eventually found the problem where several values in the config file were gone, my guess is that vods_file_extension being blank caused it, but filename_template and others were blank as well.

Unrelated but I was also missing the check_updates option entirely, so I had been doing the updates manually. The last manual update I did went from 0.3.9 to 0.4.4.

I'm not sure when this happened but maybe on update a check should be done on the config file during it and edited to be current/working.
