MET Files are disappearing the latest QuadUI #9

Users are reporting that all the files are being generated except the MET file. Please verify if this is in QuadUI or in the APSIM Translator.

I have confirmed that QuadUI (1.2.1-beta16) could generate MET file correctly for Machakos Data set. Please check if the climate ID (CLIM_ID) is matched between seasonal startegy DOME and weather data in the survey file. Otherwise, I need the data set with such issue to check what happens there.
