[Misc] AIOS v2 Branch

There is currently a v2 branch being worked on by @BRama10 and @dongyuanjushi. The branch can be seen here: https://github.com/dongyuanjushi/AIOS/tree/v2

This is a rewrite of AIOS to improve the implementation by removing issues such as:

• Circular dependency between kernel and agent creation toolkits (i.e. pyopenagi)
• Upstreaming LLM support to LiteLLM to reduce maintenance burden

This branch is expected to be merged by 11/18/24. As such, this may be inconvenient for new contributors who want to know more about the architecture of AIOS or want to know how to start. If you are a new contributor looking for ways to contribute or need help with understanding the AIOS architecture, please feel free to ping me on the AIOS discord server (joshuprk).
