We should support users who have not already connected an account address. Some functionality of AutoTx will not be possible, and it should be able to clearly tell the user that it needs them to connect an account to support such functionality.

Reason for this change is to make it as easy as possible for anyone to prompt AutoTx, and not be scared away by adding an address.
