How do I deploy this on heroku?

I am trying to deploy this to Heroku but it's not working.
How can I do that?

On heroku, update your dynos to start with something like web agenda-rest --dburi mongoconnectionURI --port $PORT. I'm using a dburi with mongo Atlas, I imagine it works for other mongo setups. Heroku needs to assign the port so be sure to include --port $PORT, that was tricky for my setup.
