Feature Request: App Unloading and Tab Switcher Menu

Biscuit's webengine(s) has crashed the desktop several times due to switching between apps, especially those with unlimited scrolling and live updating...to be able to put apps and tabs back to an unloaded state—like they are when Biscuit is first opened—might resolve that kind of resource overload...

I'm also having trouble when multiple tabs are open to the point that even the tab's icon won't show, and the app switcher only shows recently-used tabs per-app...having a separate tab switcher that shows all the tabs of the current app would be preferred over switching to every tab (causing them to load, also causing desktop freezes) until the one I wanted to find finally shows up...
