Support for Python 3.9

We want to use oaipmh-scythe in a project (InvenioRDM) where (at least) one partner is stuck with Python 3.9. As far as I have seen there are not too much incompatible changes made so far (preparations for doing #126).
So my question is: is it better to build on top of the 0.9.0 tag (and would you add that to PyPi?). Or we just fork and undo the changes and publish under a different name?!

Hi there, thanks for your interest in the project. I will continue to work on adding the xsdata models soon. Unfortunately the dataclass settings require >=3.10.

Your partner cannot upgrade to at least 3.10? Why is that?

I saw that you already forked. So this is settled then?

to be honest I don't know the reason why they stick to 3.9.
In my fork I just took back the changes from the commit you made to remove Python < 3.10 support. Everything is working fine so far but I hoped you could point possibly to some changes you introduced in later commits.
But as I said, for now everything is running quite smooth. So yes, I think it is settled for now. Thanks!
