to encourage more review submission, we want to reduce friction to submit forms as muiuch as possible

form that opens as a multi step form in a modal would be a good way to encourage users to submit reviews

reasons:

reduces conitive load to read the whole form
easier to fill and submit
no need for soft/hard navigation of the app, better UX
