Getting Args is not defined

After installing resquests and progres im trying to download the set, running the script on the desktop with the the json also on the desktop alongside the download.py but keep getting args is not defined. Help would be apreciated cheers prints of the issue down bellow.

Hmm, looks like you're using python 3.6.I just tried from a fresh install using 2.7 and once I installed all the dependencies it ran without issue. Can you give that a shot @Cariocecuz ?

Tried running with 2.7.16 still got

asked a friend to run it on his Linux installation and it starts downloading must be something windows related
