Hi!

Thank you so much for implementing these tools in Python! I am encountering trouble when attempting to run bct.adjacency_plot_und with an adjacency matrix obtained from the NBS algorithm in Python 3.7 (MacOSX). My kernel restarts, throwing the error:

"ERR| vtkPolyData (0x7ff60b353650): Error while constructing cell map: Invalid cell size for polys."

Would you happen to have any insight on how to address this issue? My VTK module is up to date, though it seems that this error has possibly been reported elsewhere (here). Thanks so much for any help!

Sorry for the very long delay, more information about the matrix used you attempted to visualize would be needed to see if I can get it to crash
