When I'm running jekyll locally, I keep seeing 404s for loader.gif. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but I want to make it stahp ✋.

@tzumainn traced this back to js/jquery-FeedEk.js. I'm on the fence about whether we should remove the image reference, or add the image (just any classic 'loading' spinner image of a suitable license). The content seems to load pretty quick so I'm not sure there's a big difference either way.

I'll grab something from http://www.ajaxload.info/ -- it states "Generated gifs are totally free for use."
