Update 'Use It' for 0.14.0 #95

Our "Use It" tab still mentions 0.10.0 as the latest release.

We should probably:

Update it for 0.14.0
Work with Publicity Cabal to come up with a little "When we do a release, here are the 7 places on the site that might need updating" sort of list so we don't overlook them.
Consider changing the page title to "Get It" like the tab says, versus "Get it!" as it is now.
