default template creates "readme.md" and "README.MD" #69

installing the tool globally, as described in the documentation, and running

c4builder new

...accepting all defaults, creates 2 (!) readme files:

-rw-r--r-- 1 patrick patrick 3266 Jul 19 22:40 readme.md
-rw-r--r-- 1 patrick patrick 3281 Jul 19 22:40 README.MD

The readme files also have different content (see above file size).

Is this the intended behaviour from the template?

I was expecting "README.md" ;-)

OS: Arch linux
c4builder version: 0.2.16
node: v18.4.0
