We need to support css nesting

On top of that, the effort is quite big.

two of the 3 main ones already support it.
edge also uses blink, so it will also be in next version.
surely firefox will follow.

i aldo think, this would maybe need a complete rewrite. the simple approach with regexes maybe will not work
