Add new Page Date option for List Order By.

Currently, you can order a list by Title or Last modified date. Proposing to also add a field of Page Date (manual) to Page and allow to order by that so that authors can have more control on this order. Many times an author can go into a document and the last modified gets updated unintentionally when nothing is actually changed.
