User Story

I'm working in a project using CIF and we are using most of the components and also new ones. We would like to use Live Search instead of using the current search capability of Adobe Commerce.

Description & Motivation

Live Search is powered by Adobe Sensei, so it's very interesting to use and also a strong motivation in order to sell Adobe Commerce. Due to the advanced features provided by the Adobe Commerce Live Search, it would be nice to have the option to choose the search engine in the CIF Searchbar and CIF Search Results components.

Deliverables

A possibility is the Searchbar component and the Search Results component with the option to choose the search engine. Another option would be create new components for Searchbar and Search Results integrated with Live Search.

Hi @fjjimenezv
we are in the same situation: magento headless + AEM for frontend, using CIF as well.
we want to implement Live Search, it's very clear the Magento part of the job but it's very unclear the part on AEM

have you found a way for Live Search or any other tool able to improve the searchbar and search results?

thank you

@anbotta after almost a year of your comment, were you able to use LS with AEM?
