Contour connection issue in some TW/HK glyphs with component "辶"

In some glyphs with the 辶 component in it, the 3rd and 4th strokes of 辶 weren't positioned very well. Examples:

Same kind of protrusion in uni37C9-CN ExtraLight. Fixed.
