There are some DNS servers managed by CPanel...but unfortunately DNSroboCert doesn't (yet?) support CPanel. I noticed a short Python script that supports CPanel DNS management (TXT records, specifically mentioning DNS validation). Perhaps it might be worth looking into integrating such support?

I see the issue is raised with Lexicon: AnalogJ/lexicon#254
