Information tab unification in UA landing page

User Story
As a Ukrainian visitor,
I want to easily find the most important information block, so that I was not mistaken by more important tabs by their size.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The information topic tabs should be displayed in two columns on wide screens.
2. Each tab in the columns should be the same size.
3. If the number of tabs in each column is not equal, the last tab in the first column should be the same size as the other tabs, so that it does not appear more important by its size.
