Remove duplicate sketch file

#2 added a  modified version of the sketch to the rawirdecode subfolder of the repository. @ladyada requested (#2 (comment)) that the sketch be renamed rawirdecodestruct to differentiate it from the original. Instead of renaming the file, a duplicate file with the new name was added and somehow this managed to get merged. The sketch will not compile due to the two duplicate files in the same folder.

I have removed the leftover duplicate sketch file and renamed the sketch folder to match the requested name (as required by the Arduino IDE).
