Verified issue does not already exist?

  • I have searched and found no existing issue

What happened?

I use the default "ususal expenses" group and create categories within that and everything looks good.

I tried to create more expense groups while using the tracking budget and then start moving the categories from one group to another.

When i do this the expense totals change even though no single transaction was added or deleted or even changed categories

How can we reproduce the issue?

How can we reproduce the issue?

  1. create a transaction in an existing category under usual expenses
  2. create a new group
  3. move the category from step 1 to group created in step 2

expense total will double

Can you try changing back and forth between envelope and tracking budget?

I did, envelope budgeting works fine, its only in tracking that has the issue
