Close events after X days

Some events are very long lasting (several months). This is kind of an abuse of the system since they will appear on the top of the list during all this time. It would be better to close them automatically after a certain number of days.

Technically, we would just need to set the finished time to be maximum X days after the opening time.

Problem: it means that people would not be able to join the event after this time.
