应用程序的编码都改utf8 则 ydwe启动的command参数也要改， 要改的文件多了 旧版本混乱，不如只覆盖一个exe更好。

在支持#include utf8中文的基础上 再关闭wave的多线程模式， 改为单线程版本， 效率提升非常巨大 30万行的jass代码 wave预处理原本需要 72秒 换为单线程版本后 只需要16秒就完成了。 新版本的wave也放进保存加速器里了
