datahub actions is not available #143

Hi all,
I followed document to install actions framework, but when I run datahub actions version, I got error This command is disabled due to missing dependencies. Please run pip install acryl-datahub-actions to enable it. How to fix it ?

I believe this was fixed by #147 in v0.1.8.

If not, it might be related to #154
