The following rules are not enforced and should be:

  1. CTF name must be unique.
  2. A guild can belong to at most one CTF as a TeamServer.
  3. A category name must be unique within a CTF.
  4. A challenge name must be unique within a CTF.
  5. Flag values must be unique.
