This will probably need to be split up into different tickets and closed, but for now I'm making one for auditing the fields from the CouchDB Import Demographics script and comparing that the fields are all in the new dataquery tool.

The fields from the script that need to be verified as present are:

  • Date_registered
  • DoB
  • DoD
  • CandID
  • PSCID
  • VisitLabel
  • Cohort
  • Sex
  • Site
  • Current_stage
  • Failure
  • Caveat Emptor Flag
  • Caveat Emptor Reason
  • Caveat Emptor Comment

  • Status_Reason
  • Status_Comments
  • Session Feedback
