Improve result/list views

• introduce infinite scroll (no pageing)
• default sort by publishing date (oldest to newest)
• introduce a table view (should be switchable to the grid, default tbd)

Just for the record: still struggling to get InstantSearch to use exhaustive sorting by date instead of sorting by (search) relevance in all cases:

• when first landing on a search page (such as languages/, the results are ordered chronologically thanks to the typesense backend setting:

• as soon as a query is entered in the filter box, relevance sorting kicks in: e.g. if you search for v (https://thomas-bernhard-global.acdh-ch-dev.oeaw.ac.at/languages?q=v), the title 'verstoring' (which is the newest publication and was therefore also first in the unfiltered listing) moves to position 4 because it is overtaken in relevance by 3 books which have v in their title as a stand-alone letter, and are therefore better 'matches'.

• as soon as the sort by order is specified explicitly (via the UI and thus the URL parameters), exhaustive sorting is imposed again: https://thomas-bernhard-global.acdh-ch-dev.oeaw.ac.at/languages?q=v&sort=year%3Adesc

6711115 is an attempt to explicitly specify that the first of the UI 'sort by' options is activated by default, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Others have run into the same issue, a common workaround seems to be to include the explicit sort by url argument in all direct links to the page.

(The issue is typesense-specific, all the InstantSearch-Algolia documentation makes references to 'index replicas' with different sort orders, which do not seem to exist/are abstracted away by the typesense instantsearch adapter)
