Selecting by file type

We have some courses with video files. Unfortunately currently I have to deselect all videos manually. There is not an option to deselect video files currently. So I'd suggest adding that and also some other file types like .pdf files etc.

At the moment you can only filter after a kind of activity (publication) or ressources (file, page,...). It's not possilbe to filter a ressource/file any deeper. We won't change anything in this behavior. If you provide a pull request, we can have a look!

Ok, sad to hear you don't plan to implement this.

I will ping @t-schroeder, maybe my university is interested in implementing such a feature. This will make things like downloading all files but videos much more convenient and might result in reduced server load and traffic, if less unneeded video files are downloaded.
