use a newer version of MooX::Role::Parameterized #2

Hello

MooX::Role::Parameterized is evolving, currently we are in version 0.500 and we support almost the same syntax of our sister distribution MooseX::

Will be nice if

you try to use the MooX::Role::Parameterized::With package that overrides the Moo with keyword to load the parametric roles instead call apply - I add one example in the synopsis
consider use the latest version and define parameters
provide some feedback if possible

What is the advantage of the new syntax? Just a nicer API?
