Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I am new to ABP. I have gone through the documentation, which is deeply detailed—gotta say thanks to the developers. However, there is something I would like to suggest for improvement: the CLI.

abp new <solution-name> [options]

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if there were an option to generate a specific SDK version rather than always using the latest one.
