[3.5.4 / MVC/Razor] Unable to load a script file in a modal

Hello,
I'm trying to load some data inside a modal, but it seems that the @script section is not called when inside a modal, is this true?

Here's the edit modal which has 4 tabs (abp-tab)

the ok doesn't appear...where can I check?
