Error code 139: GeneMarks-T

Hi,

My rnaQUAST run completed with 1 non fatal error. Please see below the error message:

"GeneMarkS: error on last system call, error code 139
Abort program"

I rerun the program with higher memory but still getting the same error. I would highly appreciate any response on this.

Could you please share rnaQUAST.log, GeneMarkS_T.out.log and GeneMarkS_T.err.log?
I suppose these files may contain more information about the error.

Looks odd, the GeneMark log simply says:

system call done
prediction, iteration: 1
/home/reemas/SOFT/GeneMarkST/gmhmmp -p 0  sequence  -m itr_1.mod  -o itr_1.lst -r
Error on last system call, error code 139
Abort program!!!

I am not sure how to interpret that, maybe the best option is to contact GeneMark developers.
Does the error reproduces when you relaunch the run?

Ok, I will contact the developer regarding this. And yes, I got the same error.
