I am trying to run busco within Quast, but I have error with Augustus. I made an installation with mamba of Quast 5.2.0.
The error message in the log of Augustus:
/soft/2019013/Conda_env/quast/lib/python3.10/site-packages/quast_libs/augustus3.2.3/bin/augustus: ERROR

I have also installed a more recent version of Augustus (3.5.0) in the same conda environment. But how do you ask to quast to use this version rather than:
