Account balances should be visible down to the 2 decimal places

People need to see their account balances down to the 2 decimal places. Especially for those that have small balances or using Aave (polygon) for micro transactions or trading.

There should be a toggle that lets users display the full balance or the current abbreviated format.

The only alternative that users can do is use the classic version of Aave. There was an option for users to easily switch between classic and new but that is now gone from the interface so people have to manually enter in the classic site's url assuming they know it.

also may want to add preference options.

ie. My actual amount deposited is $1,200,871.45

Person A would like to see $1,200,871.45
Person B would like to see $1,201K
Person C would like to see $1.2M
