Updating to latest release broke my setup

My allsky setup has been running flawlessly for the past four months. I have a raspberry pi with HQ camera running indiserver and a proxmox VM running the indi-allsky service. On the VM, I point indi-allsky to the indiserver IP and the camera selected is indi_pylibcamera. This was working fine until I decided to upgrade to the latest release 2024.05.1, which I did on both the VM and the Pi.
Now when I start indi-allsky service on the VM, it shows status: active (running). On the Pi, when I start indiserver -v indi_pylibcamera, it shows the VM trying to connect and then it says read EOF and shutdown complete.

Where can I look to try and track down the problem? Did I do something wrong in the upgrade and set up? Thanks.

Have you just tried fully rebooting?

OK that did the trick. I was sure that I had done that but maybe not. I also have to be careful when restarting everything because I have to make sure that indi-allsky doesn't start on the Pi, only indiserver. And the indi-allsky.timer has to be disabled so it doesn't start the service. Same on the VM - stop the indiserver here and only start indi-allsky.
