Cant deploy on HEROKU

I was able to deploy TGCF on heroku before, and now when creating new app for different purposes suddenly this notification pops up when trying to deploy the app.

"Item could not be created:
We couldn't deploy your app because the source code violates the Salesforce Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy."

Is there any solution for this problem? Thank You.
