Hi a2800276. Im developing a Authorizer that uses the ISO 8583, and i found your repo. Why this repo is no longer updated?

Could i create new PRs implementing TLV Fields here?

Why this repo is no longer updated?

Nothing work related came up, so I had no reason to update. Not really something one does as a hobby!
I am still alive.
I'd be happy to entertain TLV field PR if the PR itself is not too much of a pain. A lot of time has gone by, and ruby years are like dog year, so there may be some work to do supporting whatever package system they use now and to make sure it works under Ruby 3 (in case that wasn't around ....) If the necessary work is too boring / unpaid for me, I'd be happy to let you fork the library though, and I'm certainly willing to answer questions.
