after many dependencies errors, i ended up to this one:

A problem occurred configuring project ':app'.

No signature of method: com.crashlytics.tools.gradle.CrashlyticsPlugin.findObfuscationTransformTask() is applicable for argument types: (java.lang.String) values: [Debug]
