Having the mod installed can cap other mod's recipe output counts at 1

Describe the bug
With the mod installed, Botania's Mana Pool Recipes, Embers Rekindled's Alchemy recipes, and other mods the mod scans for aspects, the output count is capped at 1. This means you can only get 1 String from Wool, 1 Adhesive, 1 Archaic Brick (making that particular recipe useless, as it needs an archaic brick as a catalyst), etc.

To Reproduce
Install the mod, as well as its dependencies
Install Botania or Embers Rekindled
Install JEI (this is not a visual bug with jei)
Create a new world
Try to make String from Wool, or Adhesive from Embers (do the lowest ash first, then add the appropriate amount on the Alchemical Waste)
Get only 1 string, or 1 Adhesive

Expected behavior
Get 3 string, or 6 adhesive

This actually affects recipe outputs and not just JEI. I tested
