Describe the bug
Planar artifice aspect assign doesn't work

To Reproduce
There's a problem...
I don't know what's wrong
There's all fine Thaumcraft addons, bewitchment
and modtweaker
quark and other else cosmetics or something not about aspect assign

Expected behavior
For example
Bewitchment items aspect compatibility that works...

Additional context
Oh, about that
modtweaker reinstall somehow fixing planar artifice aspect compatibility for one session of minecraft load
but...
When modtweaker installed or uninstalled for two session
bug comes back
Aspects goes crazy(as example, arrow getting like 5 new aspect in list), and only planar artifice new aspects disapearing from items(spatio, tinctura and everything else... btw, there's too many tinctura in dyes. Maybe, 5 is enough..?)

Maybe modtweaker can help handle that issue..?
