Describe the bug
I've noticed that the buffer gauge (left on the smeltery UI) gets glitchy when there is essentia in any alkimium smeltery yet to be moved to alembics. The more in the buffer, the more glitchy it gets.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place any alkimium smeltery
  2. Smelt some items
  3. Watch buffer gauge glitch out

Expected behavior
For the gauge to not be glitchy.

Additional context
Using 1.4.0-pre7 (I've seen this since pre4)
