Describe the bug
I'm not sure if the alkimium vents work. I have a couple attached to a alkimium thaumium smeltery and when doing a bit of smelting, I don't hear the vents working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a alkimium smeltery
  2. Attach alkimium vents on it
  3. Smelt a batch of items
  4. See nothing happen

Expected behavior
Every now an then, hearing a hiss instead of just seeing flux build

Additional context
Running 1.4.0-pre7
And, yes, I know it's random. But it shouldn't be ultra rare or not at all.

it seems to be just the sounds that are missing, i will fix that
