Bulk Delete Tag with Threshold, or Clear Tags globally

I regret adding all work tag to my bookmarks because in the android app I can't search tags and they're sorted alphabetically. I want to delete ones which are only present in few works. For example, I want to delete all tags which are only present in 3 artworks or below.

That or maybe it's better to just clear all tags and redo the tagging. But "Clear Tags" can only be used on selected artworks, and I can only select artworks in the current page. I got thousands of bookmarks.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There's are "Delete Tag" and "Clear Tags" features. "Delete Tag" must be used one by one for each tag and there's quite a lot, maybe hundreds? Using "Clear Tags" and redo the tagging might be faster. But "Clear Tags" can only be used on selected artworks, and I can only select artworks in the current page.
