Greetings my daemon v2 wont sync past 28%

Here is my terminal dump:

relevant OS Info:
Windows 10 pro 64bit
Ryzen 5 1600
32gb 3200mhz cl16 RAM
NVMe SSD 512gb

leaving it open, but been a good hour since it last synced. and same loop of messages keep appearing so i dont think leaving open will do anything? did also try re-launching, restarting pc, deleting zeph blockchain files and exes i have and redownloaded everything fresh ... all resulting in same behaviour

2 days later, after leaving open, still attempting to sync past 28% the date now is 2025/01/09 @ 8:16am

still wont sync past 28%. and this is on my other pc from a fresh setup that was just formatted
