What problem does this feature solve?

I want to put either a symbol or a character's face as an emoji, but only after the player characters have completed a goal pertaining to that symbol or npc. Uploading it during play is infeasible.

Describe the feature in detail?

As a compatibility option with either Forien's Quest Log or the WIP achievements module, hide an emoji from players in the emoji menu(s) until a certain achievement or quest is marked unlocked/completed.

Additional details

Getting this to work smoothly with FQL might be unreasonably hard. Good luck! 😊
