[Feature Request] Add option to disable combat features entirely.

Some people such as myself are mainly interested in the plugin for its PVP toggling features, so it would be nice if there were a way to toggle off the combat features completely instead of only being able to configure how long it lasts with combat_time.

I'll have to see what can I do without breaking existing stuff, not sure it's doable at this point in time

As of 1.11.0 you can just set the messages regarding combat to "" in the config and not enable features relying on combat state. I know it's not a complete solution, but it's the best it's gonna get in a timely manner.
