Change file names with “gtm” or “GTM” into links to files named “ydb” or “yottadb”

Description

There are a number of of files whose names include “gtm” or “GTM”. These should be replaced with files with “ydb” or “yottadb”, and where a file with a “gtm” or “GTM” is required for upward compatibility, those should be replaced with symbolic links. The release notes should reflect user visible changes (of which there may only be a few).

Files in the what is now the gtmsecshrdir (to become ydbsecshrdir) subdirectory should of course also be changed, and utf8/ydbsecshr should just be a symbolic link to ../ydbsecshr.
