Note counter in QS tile is not consistent with actual count #22

The notification counter does not hold the count for how many notifications are actually present.

i.e. I created a notification, it still says 0. I created a second one, it says 1. I removed all of the notifications, it still says 1.

Depending on your device, the system might update the quick settings tile less frequently. I personally didn't have this issue.
